Quantum Fiber is now part of the AT&T family. As a valued customer, we wanted to share that good news with you that we are building something better together.

There will be no changes to your existing Quantum Fiber services at this time. You can keep enjoying the same blazing-fast speeds you rely on today with unlimited data, no annual contracts, and no changes to your current internet plan or experience.

No. You will continue using your existing internet equipment.

No. You will continue to have the convenience of customizing and managing your fiber network through the Quantum Fiber App or your online account portal, just as you always have.

If you are enrolled in a Quantum Fiber Price for Life plan for your internet service, the price protection it provides for your monthly internet service rate will remain unchanged by this transition. If you cancel or make changes to your internet service, you’ll lose any existing plans, offers, pricing, promotions, discounts, or credits related to that service, including price protection for your internet monthly service rate.

There’s nothing you need to do besides continuing to be a great customer. While you are not required to take any action, we do want you to be aware that:


  • Starting 30 days from the date of the notification you received, your Quantum Fiber service will be governed by AT&T’s Terms and Conditions. You can review these terms at <URL HERE>. If you don’t want to accept these terms, you may cancel your Quantum Fiber service at any time before the 30 days by calling 833-250-6306.
  • Also starting in 30 days, your marketing and privacy preferences will be reset to AT&T’s default settings. This means you may receive email marketing communications, and we may share limited personal information to create, deliver, and measure targeted advertising, consistent with AT&T’s Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to receive marketing emails or wish to adjust your privacy settings, you can opt out or update your preferences at any time. Otherwise, there’s nothing you need to do.
